Shipping

We offer shipping to all European countries!

Orders typically arrive withing 10 days. We will send you a tracking number as soon as your order is in transit.

FedEx charges.

It will not happen all the times, you may receive each wine in a different shipment. The reason is that we will sometimes ship the wines from our different warehouses. We always try to be as close to the source as possible!

Please contact us as soon as possible so we can change the delivery address in case it is not already in transit.

E-Wine Club

No, the first member of the Club will become the Administrator, he will decide who to add to his private E-wine club and who to share the administration with.

Respect for people and wine! 

There are no special rules; your community your rules!

After creating the group your dedicated account manager will share all the details with your.

We want to create a personalised experience for you.

Bank Transfer: When making a transfer, please always ensure that you state the order number correctly in the concept. You can find this number on your invoice.

No problem at all, we can invoice your company if that is what you wish.

Returns

Returns are permitted if the Goods were delivered to the Customer incorrectly (these should be reported within 3 working days of delivery). 

The returned goods must be the same goods as those supplied, no substitutions are permitted. Goods must be returned in exactly the same condition as they were supplied. 

Fivinum makes every effort to ensure that all products we sell are of high quality and in a condition appropriate for the age of the product, including provenance checks, physical inspections where possible and maintain appropriate storage conditions. 

In the event that you perceive a product to be out of condition for consumption, Fivinum will be under no obligation to offer replacements or offer other compensation of any kind and such replacements or compensation will be made entirely at our discretion. 

We cannot guarantee that wines will always show at their best. Physical products like wines and spirits age and mature in different ways and we will not bear any liability for subjective judgments as to quality or drinkability. 

Two older wines rarely taste the same to two different tasters, and there is no objective process to identity what a perfect product tastes like. All older bottles are therefore sold as seen and we cannot accept returns for any wines should they be corked, tainted or fatigued in any way. 

We recommend that older wines should be given appropriate time for preparation before opening. We also highly recommend that for higher value, older, products that you request a high resolution photo in advance if you are in any doubt as to the quality.
